How does an automated hotel work?
Casa Hotels are boutique properties designed for a seamless stay.
Guests check in and out with their phones, access rooms and the properties with a personal code, and can text or call our team for assistance daily.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability.
How do I access my room after booking?
You’ll receive a unique access code by email and text before your arrival. This code opens both the building and your room—no front desk, no keys needed.
What amenities are included in the room?
Every room features Beach towels, two beach loungers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a mini fridge, bathroom essentials, hairdryer, and complimentary coffee.
Do you provide beach chairs?
Yes! Every reservation includes two beach loungers daily through our partnership with Esteban’s Place, located right on Miami Beach. It’s about a 5-minute walk from each of our hotels. After booking, you’ll receive a link with full details.
Do you offer luggage storage?
We do not offer luggage storage. However, we recommend using bounce.com, a platform where you can find nearby luggage storage spots for a fee. There are many locations close to our hotels.
Is there daily housekeeping per room?
At our eco-friendly hotel, we clean rooms every 2 days to reduce our environmental impact. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us.
Do you provide parking?
Our casas do not have private parking. Public garages and metered street parking are available nearby:
- Casa Ocean: Paid public street parking or paid private garages at 416 Ocean Dr, 424 Ocean Dr, or 421 Collins Ave.
- Casa Sofi: Paid public street parking or public park located at 137 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, Fl 33139 (one block from the property).
- Casa Sobe: Paid public street parking or paid private garage at 16th street and Collins Ave
